PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ATTACHED PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY AND CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY FEATURES AND/OR SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE APPLICATION ONLINE ONLY.

This Privacy Policy is an agreement between the user ("User") and the Government of Kediri Regency - Population and Civil Registration Office of Kediri Regency as the Organizer of the SAHAJA ONLINE Application Electronic System ("Application") to provide Population Administration and Civil Registration services. This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the Application's content and products. This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the Application, the User is deemed to agree to be bound by the provisions of this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree to any, part, or all of the content stated in this Privacy Policy, then the User is allowed to delete the Application in the electronic device and/or not access the Application and/or not use the Application. The Application is released from all responsibility for all losses that the User receives in connection with the decision not to use this Application.

Each of the following words or terms used in this Privacy Policy has the meaning as follows below, unless the relevant word or term in its use clearly specifies otherwise:
"Application" is an "SAHAJA ONLINE" application and website that is used to provide Population Administration and Civil Registration services managed and owned by the Kediri Regency Government - Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registration Office.
"User" means any person who uses the Application.
"Personal Data" atau
"Personal Information" , means any and all personal data provided by the Application User, including but not limited to name, identification number, address, user location, user contact, and other documents and data as requested in the registration form account or other forms when using the Application.

1. When the User downloads the Application, the system will ask for the User's approval to activate notifications, camera, and storage.
2. For every service submission, what is sent is data and photos of the forms taken from the camera or storage.

The application collects Personal Data for the purposes of the process of creating the population document. The Personal Data collected is as follows:

• Personal Data submitted by the User voluntarily and independently when creating or renewing an Application account, submitting a request for the creation of a residence document in the form of Family Card Number, Population ID Number (NIK), Full Name, mobile phone number, email address ( e-mail), photos, and/or other information.
• Data recorded when the User uses the Application, including but not limited to:
1. Real or estimated location data, including but not limited to IP address, Wi-Fi location, geo-location, and so on;
2. Data in the form of User activities such as time, registration, login, and application usage history, etc.;
3. Application usage or configuration data, including User interaction in using the Application, saved options, and selected settings;
4. Data obtained from data entry activities and local storage access;
5. Data obtained from camera access activities on the User's device, with the condition that the User's initial approval has been obtained at the first time the Application will be used; and
6. 6The application will ask the User for access permission to use the camera, gallery and documents when the User submits a submission, uploads a document in order to register or apply for the creation of a residency document. The application will not retrieve or use any information, data or documents other than those selected by the User.

1. The User's Personal Data and all requests for the creation of residency documents that have been recorded will be stored in the Application and have been verified and encrypted during the service's operation.
2. Apabila Aplikasi tidak digunakan atau dihentikan pemanfaatannya, Aplikasi tetap menyimpan dan menggunakan Data Pribadi Pengguna sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan.
3. The application uses infrastructure & servers owned by the Regional Government of Kediri Regency in storing Personal Data and using legal software in obtaining and collecting Personal Data.

Applications may use Personal Data collected for purposes including but not limited to:

1. The application will process and analyze Personal Data to provide services in the creation of residency documents

3. The personal data stored will be processed for the completion of the production of the submitted residency document

The User's Personal Data will not be sent and disseminated to other parties, except for valid Requests from law enforcement officers based on the provisions of laws and regulations.

Personal Data will be deleted from the Application server at least 5 (five) years after the Application is not in operation.

This Privacy Policy may be amended or renewed from time to time by notification to the User through the Application. By continuing to access the Application, the User is considered to have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy, including changes and/or updates.

1. The User declares that the Personal Data submitted to the Application at the time of account registration, renewal and/or submitting a request to create a residency document is accurate and true data.
2. In the case of under 18 years old and unmarried, the User declares and guarantees that the User has obtained permission from their parents or legal guardian. By giving consent, the parent or legal guardian of the User agrees to be subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
3. By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, the User acknowledges that he has read and understood this Privacy Policy and agrees to all its provisions. Specifically, the User agrees and gives consent to the Application to collect, use, share, disclose, store, transfer, or process the User's Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the laws and regulations ("Personal Data Owner Agreement").

1. In the event that the User finds a security loophole in the Application system, the User must immediately report the findings in writing to the Application. Users are prohibited from using it for personal or specific group interests and publishing it to the public for any reason.
2. Users can submit questions, complaints and/or complaints regarding the use of Personal Data or Personal Information on the Application. All responses, suggestions, and or findings provided by the User related to the Application are not considered confidential information. The application reserves the right to freely use this information without limitation. Users are prohibited from abusing the findings so as to affect the operation of the Application.
3. Reports of security findings, questions, complaints and/or complaints related to the use of the Application shall be submitted in writing via email at dukcapil@kedirikab.go.id by attaching the User's identity.
4. The Application will verify Personal Data based on the Personal Data stored in the Application system. The application has the right to reject questions, complaints and/or complaints submitted in the case of unverified Personal Data.
5. In case there are additions, reductions and/or changes to the Application complaint channel, you will be informed later through the Application notification or through other official channels.
